30-Day Return Policy
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories (if applicable).
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with the return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The shipping fee for returning the product is not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
